Abstract

Molecular cloning and sequence analysis of Gene 35S were carried out based on PCR technique and gene cloning method.PET-28a was further used to construct the prokaryotic expression vector of 35S gene,which provides a foundation for the antibody preparation and detection for transgenic plant on protein level.
