Finance is the most important sector in the modern economy systems.Building coastal strong province of economy and society development needs financial strong supports.At present,the development of financial industry of Hebei falls behind.In order to build coastal strong province,Hebei province must develop financial industry.The financial industry of Hebei should become a supplement of these two financial centers of Beijing and Tianjin and locate at servicing for regional industries,that is,bases upon Hebei province and service for agriculture,rural areas,farmers,industries transferred out from Beijing and Tianjin,and sea industry.The strategies of developing financial industry include that working out development plan,optimizing financial environment,regulating financial industry structure,integrating financial resource,opening financial market,etc.
