Abstract
The changes of protein content and protein fraction in different gene-type wheat were studied based on nitrogen applying amount before planting. The results showed that the protein content and protein fraction in different gene-type increased with the rise of nitrogen applying amount.Among the varieties tested existed significant difference on the contents of the protein, but Xiaoyan 107 has the most increase.
