Investigation and Application of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

Vascular endothelial cells used to be focus of medical study for its important character in many pathological and physiological processes.Human umbilical vein endothelial cell is the most popular,but it is not reported which sub-line is better.In this paper,various human umbilical vein endothelial cells,such as primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells,umbilical vein endothelial cell lines with prolonged life span,immortalized umbilical vein endothelial cell lines and so on,were compared and contrasted to guide practical application.
