Analysis on Public Higher Education Financial Policy of American Government

According to different policy environments of 50 states in the U.S.,state governments’ higher education financial policies are not in the same way. However,most states have adopted the following three basic ways:appropriating funds from government tax to supporting public higher education;setting up the tuition standard of public higher education by state goverments and state higher educational management organizations;aiding students by federal and state goverments aids proprams and plan.
