Abstract

During the great times of the reform and opening and the modern socialist construction, the philosophy and social science in our countog is faced with new developing period on the way to the overall construction of the comparatively well-off society because of the government's great attention and the badly need of the society. Therefore, taking practical and offective measures to promote the development of philosophy and social science is of very realistic significance.
