Abstract
The mathematical model was constructed to estimate the uncertainty in measuring the residual quantity of melamine in milk powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in this paper.By analyzing and quantifying the components of uncertainty in the whole measuring process,it was concluded that the expanded uncertainty was 16.1 mg.kg-1 while the content of melamine was 266.6 mg.kg-1.The results showed that this method was suited to measure the uncertainty in measuring the residual quantity of melamine in milk powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
