Research and application of IPv6 network monitoring system based on nagios

Abstract

In this paper,the differences between the IPv4 and IPv6 network and the difficulties of IPv6 network monitoring are firstly analyzed,then an IPv6 network monitoring scheme based on nagios including its design and implementation is proposed.This monitoring system can find the problem efficiently in the IPv6 network and send the notification timely,to achieve effective management of the IPv6 network.
