Abstract

Aggregated consequential offense refers that actors act according with constitutive requirements stipulated by China's Criminal Law,resulting in added severe legal outcome attributable to the actors,which,accordingly increases penalties for the actors.The structure of aggregated consequential offense,comprising of objective and subjective structure as well as other legal requirements,elaborates on constitutive requirements for aggregated consequential offense.
