Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore an effective method for immobilization of bacteria lipase on the basis of traditional sodium alginate embedding, and provide some reference for industrial production.[Method] Taking kaolin and sodium alginate as carrier, the immobilized lipase was prepared by embedding method, and the activity and rate of enzyme activity of lipase were determined.[Result] The relative activity of immobilized lipase reached to 30.00%,the rate of enzyme activity was 62.55%.[Conclusion] The immobilized lipase had good stability, and was beneficial to apply in industrial production.
