Abstract
To analyze the adaptive between urban transportation networks capacity and urban land use planning,especially land development in Area,for the purpose of the guide for urban spatial pattern of the urban transport system,a method of land use planning based on the capacity of urban transportation networks was proposed,as well as the simulation process of transportation planning software(TransCAD).The interaction outcomes of urban land use and transportation network planning in various stages were analyzed for realizing the role of transport guide urban development.Finally,the method has been very good practice in the Yang Hu Yuan Area urban planning and design of the Big Hexi pilot district in Changsha.
