Abstract

As an all-around competitive sport,the figure skating has a high requirement of the skaters' competences.With the methods of documental information,consulting experts and combining with the teaching practice,the paper analyzes the figure skaters' basic competences such as the ability of using equipments,well physical capacity,high skills and dance performance,good mental ability.It indicates the dance performance is also a competence of figure skating.
