Abstract

University library knowledge service is the requirement for the development of the times,and it must be oriented to the needs of users.In this article the concept of knowledge services was described,and the characteristics of the knowledge needs for university libraries users under the modern IT environment were analyzed.The mode of knowledge services for university libraries based on user demand was explored,and further specific innovative services measures which have significance to the development libraries were proposed.
