Abstract
Objective To discuss effects of selenium and vitamin E on SOD,GSH-Px and SGPT of rabbit's serum. Methods Rabbits were injected with sodiun selenite(0.1mg/kg) and or vitamin E(40mg/kg) for six weeks. Results The serum lipid peroxide level and the activity of SGPT were decreased significantly and the activity of plcama glutathione peroxidase(GPH-Px)was increased significantly. Conclusion There existed relations among LPO,SGPT,GSH-Px and Se,VE.
