Drawing Red Culture Essence and Improving Local University's Cultural Soft Power——Reflection on Campus Culture Construction of West Anhui University

The great development and prosperity of culture is the indispensable strength of the social economy development,enhancing national comprehensive national strength.In recent years,culture development has been given the huge support from national policy making to measure made.As universities with enough human power,they should shoulder more responsibility in culture construction,so should the local colleges and universities.This paper discusses the roles and meanings of local colleges in inheriting the local culture contribution and inheriting the construction on campus culture from local culture.
