Abstract

In Political realm,there is naturally a principal-agent relation which is not only inherit to common characteristices of the principal-agent relation,but also have some special features.For the agent and principal in the relation have the special position,so the moral hazard of the agent would be taken place frequently and severely.One of the primary results which moral hazard should bring is the high administrative cost.
