Abstract
Through analyzing around political measures of Xihan Dynasty such as the border war and accumulating wealth by unfair means,the criticisms from the literati and officialdom in the age of emperor Wu in Han Dynasty and the tense and the conflicts between the achievement’s politics that keep up appearances with ethics and the ethics restriction. The author revealed the essence and the inter conflicts of the ethical politics of Han Dynasty.
