Abstract

Based on the point of life-lasting physical education and healthy education, this paper deals with the physical education system, contents, characteristics and checking methods by means of analyzing the polls'result, materials, data, and modern teaching theories as well as inquiring students of Senior Professional Colleges of their opinion, interest, motive, tendency about physical education. The author put forward the point that individulization education, life-lasting education and healthy education contribute too much significance to the reform of in Senior Professional Colleges.
