Abstract
Inoculum containing mixture fungal species Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices was inoculated to micro propagated potato in field to test the effects of application of AM fungi on mycorrhizal colonization,P uptake and yield of the plant.The results showed that inoculation with AM fungi enhanced the colonization by 73.3%,P uptake by 15.4% and yield by 8% comparing to control.Such results demonstrated that AM fungal inoculum was able to improve P nutrition and productivity of micro propagated potato in field.
