Abstract
Heating and cooling of thermosetting molding compound are controlled by heat transfer outside to inside of the mold.It is important to control the processing parameters appropriately that the heat transfer process is made clear.In order to determine reasonable processing parameters,heating of thermosetting molding compound in the mold and that of heat transfer after curing temperature are analyzed.
