Construction of comprehensive evaluation system of colleges and universities services in rural poverty work——Example on services of agricultural colleges in Guangdong poverty alleviation

With actual service work of South China Agricultural University in Guangdong rural poverty alleviation,this paper analyzed the characteristics of colleges and universities serve the rural poverty alleviation work,and the nessisany for evaluation on universities rural poverty alleviation work,then this paper constructed comprehensive evaluation system of colleges and universities serve the rural poverty alleviation work from the target responsibility,form and effectiveness,protection and incentives,and proposed countermeasures of the colleges and universities serve the rural poverty alleviation work.
