Application on subtrochanteric femoral nerve block sciatic nerve block added to the femoral nerve block in lower extremity operation

Objective To observe the application value on subtrochanteric femoral nerve block sciatic nerve block plus femoral nerve block anesthesia in lower limb operation. Methods Sixty patients with lower extremity operation in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, anesthesia effect of two groups were compared. Results There were significant difference on anesthesia effect between two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Application on subtrochanteric femoral nerve block sciatic nerve block and femoral nerve block anesthesia in lower limb operation has a good effect.
