Characteristics for compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete

Based on enough related references,an extensive review on the characteristics for eompressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete is presented in this paper.The changing of the compressive strength from that of normal concrete, the characteristics of variation of compressive strength,the relationship between the compressive strength with the water/cement ratio,the development of the compressive strength with age and the influence of the strength of recycled aggregate and the recycled aggregate replacement ratio on it.Finally,some recommendations for further studies on the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete are put forward.
