Discussion on the Necessity and Role of College Student Participating in Scientific Research and Technological Innovation Activities

College students' scientific and technological innovation activities became effective new measures taken by many universities in our country to improve the quality of personnel training,cultivating innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students. The necessity of college students' scientific research and technological innovation activities in universities' personnel training was first discussed,and then the role of college students' scientific research and technological innovation activities in cultivating college students' innovation consciousness,as well as in improving innovation ability and graduation thesis' quality of college students,promoting students' employment,and promoting students' further education,was analyzed. The aim was to encourage more students to participate in scientific research and technology innovation activities.
