The Construction of Teachers' Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities Abroad and the Enlightenment to China

After comparing the current situation of the teachers' professional ethics construction at home and abroad,we conclude that research on teachers' professional ethics in colleges and universities abroad is more extensive and in-depth,professional ethics regulation is specific and refined,experience on professional ethics education is relatively mature.Although teachers' professional development in China has been put the important place,professional ethics construction still has some problems,such as theory research is lagged,professional theory ethics quality is not high,the professional ethics education effectiveness is not strong,and so forth.Thus based on the current situation,we should learn from the experience of other countries,promote the autonomy development of teachers' professional;improve the quality of professional ethics;strengthen professional ethical education.
