Abstract

The basic theory of biorthogonal wavelet is introduced, and from the point of view of digital filter, the necessary conditions and lifting scheme of biorthogonal wavelet function are discussed. From Haar wavelet base, the author designes several second generation biorthogonal wavelet filters and propose an algorithm of image zoom based on above designed second generation biorthogonal wavelet filters. At last, experimental results are presented.
