Abstract

Maximal binding capacity (B max ) of vitamin D receptors (VDR) was observed in cultured osteoblasts from long bone of the normal, calcium-dificient and vitamin D-deficient rats. The results show that B max of VDR in vitamin D-dificient group is significantly lower than that in normal group (P0.01).
