Research on extraction technology of volatile oil of Perilla leaves

Abstract

Extraction technology of volatile oil of Perilla leaves as raw materials was studied.The influence of many factors on the extraction yield of volatile oil from Perilla leaves were also investigated through single factor and orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the optimum conditions of extracting volatile oil of Perilla leaves were as following: solid-liquid ratio 1∶40,immersion temperature 60 ℃,immersion time 60 min,distillation time 120 min.Extraction yield of Volatile oil was 0.368% under the condition.
