Physical Education in School and Psychological Health of Students

Abstract

Nowadays psychological health has become one of the improtant qualities of a telented person.Physical education enhances the physical and psychological development of students through physical activity.To make a full play of its function as improving students' psychological health,we should analyse from individual point of view the inner relationship betwwen physical education and psychological health,know the function of physical education in enhancing students'psychlolgical health and master the way to make it play.
