Abstract
Through the elaboration on the inevitability of the strengthening management idea,its connotation and its realization way as well as the analysis towards a claim case,this article emphasizes the vital significance of how the management idea takes function to the transformation of project production management pattern and the enhancement of the ability to make a profit for the project,and deepens the project management personnel's understanding towards the standardization and professionalism of project management.
