Abstract
To explore the extraction technology and in vitro antioxidation of polysaccharides from D.rubrovalvata.On the basis of single-factor experiments, the optimal extraction conditions of D.rubrovalvata polysaccharides by water extraction and alcohol precipitation were investigated with orthogonal experimental design.Meanwhile, the spectrophotometry was used to measure polysaccharides to hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide free radical scavenging effect and reducing power. The results showed that the optimal conditions were the ratio of solid-liquid 1∶25(g/mL),extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 3 h,extraction twice. The reducing power was excellent and the D.rubrovalvata polysaccharides had powerful ability to clear off hydroxyl free radicals(IC50=0.51 mg/mL) and superoxide free radicals(IC50=0.83 mg/mL).Conclusion: D.rubrovalvata polysaccharides has significant in vitro antioxidation.
