Abstract
Results of laboratory test on toxicity of three fungicides,Carbendazol,Bayleton and a mixture of 100% Ridomil and 40 % Coppor(Ⅱ)-Dicarboxylic acid to Sclerotium rolfsii in hot pepper and an antagonistic strain of Trichoderma sp.were reported in this paper. The lowest inhibiting concentrations of the mixture,Bayleton and Car- bendazol for the Trichoderma strain were at 4×10~(-3),3×10~(-4)and 4×10~(-5)respec- tively while Bayleton at the concentration of 3×10~(-4).The percentage of mycilium growth, sclerotia production and germination of S.rolfsii were 41.58%,3.60% and 3.58% respectively. The population of Trichoderma in soil was increased by treatments of all the three fungicides. The population of bacteria, anctinomycetes and other fungi in soil changed by the application of fungicides.
