Abstract

In this paper, the trend of development on Numerical Control System is analyzed. The characteristics on structure of the Open-architecture Numerical Control System , which is the center of PC-base and the Motion Control Card are discussed. Advantages of technology comparing with traditional Numerical Control System are pointed out. The prospect of the Open-architecture Numerical Control System and application on special machine tools are brought up. And as the case of the special screw Numerical Control machine,all kinds of characteristics of application about special Numerical Control machine tools with the Open-architecture Numerical Control System are expound.
