Abstract
This paper chiefly discusses the present situation of inviting tenders and bidding about construction project in China.Based on the situation that the inviting tenders and bidding operation is on the primary stage and inviting tenders and bidding of the project is lacking in standardization,the paper points out the existing problems in inviting tenders and bidding system of our country,and puts forward some suggestions.
