Abstract
As the bases of construction and communication in an armaments system, information flows include scene situation information flow, state information flow, command and control information flow. The methods to evaluate the different information flows are given.Based on these methods, how to evaluate the capability for information flow and how to judge information flow superiority are modeled.Information flow superiority requires three kinds of capability: to acquire,to use and to distribute information. An example is given to verify the validity of above methods.
