Abstract
Objective To study the value of Computed Tomography Urography (CTU) in patients with common ureteral obstruction disease. Method Forty-five patients with ureteral obstruction disease were examined by Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT. Results CTU produced an unremarkable effect on kidney function with high success ratio. The degree and location of ureteral obstruction could be displayed clearly. CTU had a high accuracy in cause of ureteral obstruction. Conclusion CTU may be a convenient, safe and reliable method for patients with ureteral obstruction disease.
