The changes of electrocardiogram and clinical management in pregnancy woman.

Objective To further understand the common changes and clinical significance of electrocardiogram in differnt stage of pregnancy,and thus take appropriate measures to treat.Methods Total 2921 copies of electrocardiograms from the early/middle-or late-stage pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed.The abnormal changes of electrocardiograms were further classed and compared.Results The incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram in the late-stage was significantly higher than that in the early/middle-stage pregnancy(38.02%,23.92%,respectively,P0.01 Among them,the most common changes included sinus tachycardia,short P-R interval,left axis deviation,ptfV1≤-0.04mm/s and left ventricular hypertrophy.Conclusion Electrocardiographic abnormality appears more frequent in the late-stage than that in the early/middle-stage pregnancy.Part of them were associated with physiological changes of gestation and ned not undergone particular treatment.However,effective measures should be taken for part of abnormal electrocardiogram which is complicated with organic heart diseases on the basis of clinical condition.
