Abstract
Mode of production has two implications, that is,technical and industrial production. The former only relates to productivity, and the latter relates to ownership.Relations of production also have two meanings, namely, the relations of production compatible with technical production and the relations of production compatible with industrial production. The former appears in the principle of productivity—mode of production—relations of production, and can be regarded as relations of production A which only relates to productivity. The latter arises in the theoretical framework of communist—relations of production, and can be regarded as relations of production B which only relates to ownership.Marxist relations of production refers to B according to Capital and Communist Manifesto.A democratic nomocracy country should aims first at the relations of production B to realize equal employment relationship, and then aims at the relations of production A to excavate potential for effective collaboration and to contribute to the maximization of productivity.
