Comparing the Effect of Different Drugs on Patients with Severe Endometriosis after Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical therapeutic effect of different drugs after laparoscopy surgery in patients with severe endometriosis. Method: 150 cases of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into mifepristone group( 50 cases),progesterone group( 50 cases) and control group( 50 cases). The control group was treated with laparoscopic operation,on the basis of control group,the mifepristone group was given mifepristone,Progesterone group was given progesterone. Curative effect and adverse reaction of three groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the mifepristone group and progesterone group was 92. 0% and 96. 0%,which were significantly higher than those in control group( 76%);The relapse rate of the two groups were 8% and 4%,significantly lower than that of the control group( 24%),The difference had statistically significant( P 0. 05); The rate of side effects and liver dysfunction in mifepristone group was significantly lower than the progesterone group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Drug treatment after laparoscopic surgery in severe endometriosis uterine can decrease recurrence rate,improve the total efficiency,and the adverse reaction of mifepristone is less.
