Abstract
This paper analyses the implementation of IPv6 in BSD,focuses on the comparison between the different implementing modes of IPv4 and IPv6 in BSD,also analyzes the changes of main functions in the kernel IP stacks, such as the functions associated with TCP,UDP etc.and the corresponding changes in disposal of the correlative applications, and finally, tests and compares the transmission performance in IPv6.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
