Research on Regional Social Environmental Impact Assessment of Land Consolidation—A Case of Land Consolidation Projects in Beibei District,Chongqing

Taking 4 land consolidation projects in Fuxing Town,Beibei District of Chongqing as examples,combining the index quantitative models with the questionnaire data statistical method,in a specific space and time range,from the aspects of development and utilization of land,farmers' income change and farmers' satisfaction and so on,the assessment index system was established for the regional social environmental impact quantitative assessment of land consolidation projects.The results showed that level terrace transformation could increase the arable land more effectively than sloping terrace.Land consolidation could effectively raise farmers' income level.Farmers were more satisfied with land consolidation projects,while there were some differences in different projects.This research was the beneficial exploration for the regional social environmental impact assessment of land consolidation,which provided the basis for the reasonable and scientific assessment.
