BUPRENORPHINE COMBINED WITH DIFFERENT FORMULA FOR PATIENT’S SELF-CONTROL EPIDURAL ANALGESIA IN POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD

Objective To observe the clinical effect of buprenorhine combined with different formula for patient’s self-control epidural analgesia and the side effect. Methods 40 cases undergone continuous epidural anesthesia, they were divided into two groups randomly, according to the different formula, the formula in group 1 (n=20 cases ) was buprenorphine combined with droperidol, and the formula in group 2(n=20 cases ) was buprenorphine combined with droperidol and fentanyl. They were connected the PCA pump after operation. The relieve pain and side effect during analgesia were recorded, there were three grades on the effect of relieve pain, that were excellent, fine and bad respectively. Results There was no difference in the volume of buprenorphine consumption in the two groups at the first day in postoperative, the ratio of excellent analgesia was higher in group 2 than that in group 1, that was 70% in group1 and 95% in group 2, there was significant difference(p0.05). The nausea, vomit, dizzy and itch of skin, retention of urine, serious respiratory depression were not occurred during analgesia.Conclusion Buprenorphine combined with droperidol and fentanyl is good for patient’s self-control epidural analgesia in postoperative period, there is no side effect obviously.
