Abstract

Virtual campus is the depicting of campus landscape in the computer,by the comprehensive application of virtual reality technology,computer technology,geographic information systems,graphics and image technology.In this paper,the basic connotation and construction status of virtual campus were described,as well as the basic principle and some key technologies,in order to provide a beneficial reference for the constructor of virtual campus.
