Abstract
Because of the earth curvature, generally, radar on ship cannot detect targets in long distance. Data of target need to be measured by friend unit and sent to ship with anti-ship missile. But the target's data rate will become slower and position errors will become bigger. That will make the hitting percentage calculated under the existing model less creditable. By analyzing the target's position errors, according to hitting principle, a new hitting model is conducted. Emulating shows that the new model is creditable.
