Current Condition of the Conviction Education of Teachers in Our Country Analysis of Existing Problem

Teacher’s conviction education is the core content of teachertraining.However,in reality the teachers’ conviction education faces a predicament.Owing to the lack of theoretical guidance from theories of concrete science,teacher conviction education's actual effect remains low.As a result,teachers’ conviction studies should have the satisfaction of reality need as the target,and more specifically and more distinctly defines the connotations of teachers’conviction,clarify the contents and methods used in teachers’conviction education,and explore the original conviction of students majoring in normal education as well as those of in-service training teachers so that we can have a general view of the social and cultural factors in the formation and transformation of teachers’ conviction.
