Eleven years review and analysis of blood index test in Weifang Blood Center

Abstract

Objective:To analyze and evaluate data of 11 years blood index test in our blood station.Method:ALT detection was detected by rate method,others were detected by ELISA method.Result:A total of 525 614 copies of specimen were detected in 11 years,25756 copies of them were unqualified,the total unqualified rate was 4.90%.The positive rate decreased year by year.Conclusion:ELISA detecting techniques has been developed from the first generation to the third generation or the fourth generation.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy are increasing continuously.Additionally,problematic donors are screened and regular donors are stronger gradually,the positive rate of blood test had decreased year by year.
