Abstract
Objective To evaluate comprehensively ACL TOP automated coagulation analyzer manufactured by American BECKMAN COULTER company.Methods The instrument was evaluated from the aspects of precision,accuracy,linear degree,recovery test,anti-interference and crossing pollution,and the results were compared with those by ACL-Advance.Results Precision,accuracy,linear degree,recovery test,anti-interference and crossing pollution of the instrument were reliable,and the comparison result with ACL-Advance was satisfying.Conclusion ACL TOP automated analyzer can meet the needs of clinical laboratories.
