Abstract
The structure and mechanical conditions of the steel and concrete composite anchor zone on pylon of cable-stayed bridge are extremely complicated. In the is paper, based on the full-scale model tests for the steel and concrete composite anchor zone on the pylon, and simulation calculation and analysis with spatial finite element method, the principal results of the simulation calculation, comparison of the results to the measurement values in the tests are provided, and some important conclusions in relation to the calculation and tests are(generalized. The) results of the tests are of important guidance to the construction of Hangzhou Bay(Sea-Crossing)(Bridge.)
