Abstract
Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional keyword-based information retrieval methods in terms of personalized, a personalized information retrieval model based on domain ontology was proposed.First,we got the user' s feature information, then used the user's feature information to build User Interest Model based on ontology, and analyzed retrieval requests and expanded it with domain ontology concepts and User Interest Model in the retrieval process. Then we obtained the result which fits the retrieval intention, and on this basis, returned the final personalized information retrieval result to the user after handled with degree of interest. The effectiveness of the model was validated by building ontology-based personalized retrieval prototype system.
