Abstract

Family enterprise is a contract between human capital and monetary capital.Analysis of the marginal benefit and change of capital specialty and capital pledging feature of these two capitals and construction of the incomplete information dynamic game can reveal the dynamic game between human capital and monetary capital in the development of the contract.And it is necessary and possible to find the cooperative game between human capital can monetary capital of family enterprise.
